You can jump start creating Canva materials — like presentations, images, documents, and videos — directly from Brisk. You choose what to make in Brisk, and the finished design is created right in your Canva account, ready to edit.
Before you start
You need to be logged into Canva for this feature to work.

Create a Canva account — If you don't have one, sign up for a free account at canva.com. If you're not connected, Brisk will ask you to link your account.
- Your existing Canva plan and its pricing apply. Brisk creates the resource for you inside your Canva account.
How to create Canva materials from Brisk

Select Create — In the Brisk extension, open the Create menu.

Choose how to start — You have two ways to begin:
- Select Canva, then choose a design type in the settings menu: design, presentation, document, image, video, or Canva code.
- Or Click Presentation, then choose Canva Design as the output format.
- Generate your resource — Brisk creates the design directly in your Canva account.
Once it's in Canva, you can keep editing it using Canva's chat.
On a free Canva plan? Canva limits you to two chat tabs at once. If you reach that limit, you'll see a notification in Brisk letting you know it can't generate more content until a tab frees up.
FAQs
Do I need a Canva account? Yes. You must be logged into Canva. Brisk prompts you to log in if you're not already connected. Canva's normal plans and pricing apply.
Can I edit the design after Brisk creates it? Yes. Once it's in Canva, you can edit it in Canva's chat.
Can I do this from the Brisk web experience? No. Canva Design Generation currently works only from the Brisk extension.
I’m on a free plan with Brisk. How does creating Canvas materials from Brisk affect the number of materials I can create? On the free plan with Brisk, the number of Canva materials you create within Brisk are limited. On EdPro and School & District plans, there are no limits.
