I just added an admin but they can’t see the site dashboard. It may take up to 24 hours for the new admin to get access to the site dashboard after being added. Please wait 1 day, and if they still don’t have access, email hello@briskteaching.com for support.
Can a school admin add a district-level admin? No. School admins can only manage admins at their own school. District admins can manage admins at the district level and at any school within it.
What happens when I remove someone's admin access? They lose edit access to the Site Dashboard but stay in your organization as a teacher, if they were rostered or had been added separately. Their Brisk account isn't deleted. They're only removed from the school or district if being an admin was their only link to Brisk.
Can I add someone as an admin at just one school, without making them a district admin? Yes. District admins can scope the addition to a specific school. A person can be an admin at multiple schools without being a district admin.
