Your Site dashboard gives you a snapshot of how teachers and students in your organization are using Brisk. This article explains every metric and feature you'll see on the dashboard.
Overview Metrics
These are the top-level numbers at the top of your dashboard.
Teachers – The total number of teacher accounts on your plan. This reflects your current roster and isn't filtered by date range.
Hours Saved – An estimate of total teacher hours saved during the selected date range.
Feature Metrics
Each feature below can be viewed in the usage-over-time chart, the pie chart, and the per-teacher table.
Create Library – Counted each time a teacher generates a piece of educational content such as a lesson plan, quiz, presentation, rubric, podcast, or worksheet. This includes content created through Create Library, Brisk Next and Bundles, or Quick Create in Brisk Web. One piece of content generated equals one action. You can drill down to see which formats your teachers use most
Give Feedback – Counted each time a teacher generates AI feedback on an individual student's document. You can drill down by feedback type: Glows and Grows, Targeted, Rubric Criteria, or Next Steps
Batch Feedback – Counted per student submission that received AI-generated feedback. You can drill down by the feedback preset the teacher selected
Change Level – Counted each time a teacher converts a document to a different reading level
Inspect Writing – Counted each time a teacher replays a student's writing history to review how a document was composed over time
Boost Activities – Counted each time a student joins a unique Boost Activity. You can drill down by activity mode: Tutor, Whiteboard, Debate, and others.
Boost Feedback – Counted each time a student uses the Brisk Boost Chrome extension to request AI feedback on their own work. These actions are attributed to the teacher who set up the student's Boost class.
