District Administrators have access to a Rostering Dashboard where they can view the data shared through our roster integration and verify which users have access to Brisk.
Navigating the Dashboard

Hover over the left-hand navigation in the Admin Portal and select "Rostering Dashboard."
- Click into each school to view the data syncing to Brisk. All users listed in the Dashboard will have access to your School and District plan.
Common Troubleshooting Scenarios

| User is missing from the dashboard |
Ensure the missing user is added to your roster share. Once added, their access will be updated after the next scheduled sync. If they are still missing after you've verified they are included in your shared data, share their email address with our team at rostering@briskteaching.com. |
| School is missing from the dashboard | Reach out to rostering@briskteaching.com so we can update our connection to include your new school. |
| User is in the dashboard but does not have premium access | Have the teacher confirm that they are logged in to Brisk with the same email address shared in your roster using these steps. |
