- Go to the Configurations page in the Brisk Teaching Admin Portal
- If you don't have access, reach out to hello@briskteaching.com for support
- Select Add Integration
- Select Canvas or Schoology, then go to Next: Configure
Canvas - Dynamic Registration (Recommended)
- Go to Canvas and log into your Canvas account
- Navigate to the Admin tab
- Click on Developer Keys
- Click on + Developer Key and select + LTI Registration
- Copy and paste the Dynamic Registration URL found on the Brisk Teaching Add Integration page
- It may take a few minutes for the page to load. Once it does, click Done
- Review the App registration and click Enable and Close
- You'll see the Brisk Teaching app in the list - under Details, click on View in Canvas Apps
- This will bring you to the App page. Click the pencil icon to edit the availability of the app for your teachers and courses.
Schoology - Manual Registration
- Go to Schoology and log into your Schoology account
- Navigate to the Schoology App Center
- Click on My Developer Apps
- Click on Add App
- Fill out the App information
- App Name: Brisk Teaching
- Description: Learning Resources and Activities
- Category: Other
- Recommended for: Instructors
- Available for: All Schoology Users
- Type of App: LTI 1.3 App, and check the Launch app in Schoology box
- Can be installed for: Rich Text Editor under Courses
- Configuration Type: Manual
- Privacy: Send name and email/Username of use who launches the tool
- LTI Advantage Extensions: Check Deep Linking
- Copy and paste the values from the Brisk Teaching Add Integration page
- JWKS URL
- Domain/URL
- OIDC Login Init URL
- Redirect URLs
- Accept the Terms of Use and click Submit
- Once the App has been created, click on the Install LTI 1.3 App button in Schoology and follow the steps
- After installation, click on the Options dropdown and select API Info
- Copy the Client ID
- Go back to the Brisk Teaching Add Integration page and paste the Client ID under Enter Schoology credentials
- Click Save & Connect
