Teachers accessing Brisk Premium through a School & District plan must sign in with their district-provided email. Sometimes, teachers may be signed in to their web browser with the correct account but are accessing Brisk with a different domain and only have access to free features.
How to Check an Account

Click the Home icon from the Brisk extension to access Brisk Next.

Click your initials in the upper right corner

Confirm that the email shown in Brisk matches your district-approved email.
