With Brisk Next, you can get personalized activity recommendations, tailor them to your classroom, and organize multiple resources into ready-to-assign collections.
Please note that Brisk Next is still in Beta! That means that you may notice changes frequently as we improve and expand the feature, and occasionally you may encounter a bug. We will do our best to keep this document up to date as changes are made.

The Brisk Next Homepage
- Enter the Brisk Next experience by clicking the Home icon in the Extension, or by going directly to app.briskteaching.com/next
- There you’ll find resources generated just for you – based on your recent activity, the time of year, and more
- Type what you want to create in the box at the top. You can also try attaching a lesson plan or selecting standards to get even more specific with your results
- When you’re ready, click the Next arrow
Next Chat
- Brisk will generate resources for you based on your input. Results are categorized into three categories:
- The Prepare section provides class materials
- The Engage section contains student activities
- The Assess section has knowledge checks
- Interact with the Next chat to continue to refine results - as you chat with Brisk Next, new resources are generated to match your needs
- When you hover over a resource, you’ll have two options:
- Create - Move forward with just this one resource
- Edit Prompt - Adjust the description of the resource to make sure it is exactly what you want
- The + button on each resource also allows you to:
- Add to Bundle - Include this resource as part of a collection
- You can add up to five resources to a Bundle
- Add to Bundle - Include this resource as part of a collection
Creating and Boosting a Resource
- If you Create a resource that is a document, you’ll see that document open in a new tab
- If you Create a Boost Activity, you’ll be brought to a preview of the activity
- Review the learning objectives at the top
- Click Let’s Go to chat with Boost to understand what your student will be asked to do
- Use the Edit options to further refine the Activity
- Use the Share options to share the Boost Activity with your students or a colleague
- Click View Progress to go to the page where you’ll be able to see your students’ progress after you share the Activity with them
Using Bundles
- Add the resources you want to group together, then click Save Bundle
- The resources will appear in a new tab
- Click Preview to to see what your students will see when you assign the Bundle
- View, copy the link to, or delete an individual resource by hovering over it
- Use the Delete button in the upper right to remove the entire Bundle
- Click Preview to to see what your students will see when you assign the Bundle
- Use the Add new button to continue adding more resources to the Bundle
- Use the Share options to share the Boost Activity with your students or a colleague
Recent
- At the top, you’ll also see a Recent tab
- See all the resources you’ve created in the past, categorized by Bundles, Activities, and Podcasts
